New Life Riders

So what does it mean to have New Life?

The vision for CMA and New Life Riders is “Changing the world, one heart at a time” by presenting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The following information is God’s truths and must be understood to receive God’s blessings in your life. Please read and study carefully the following information.

1. God’s plan for you-Peace and Life

God loves you and wants you to experience His peace and life.

The BIBLE Says:

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”         John 3:16 NIV

“I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”       John 10:10b NIV

 

2. Our Problem – Separation

God created us in His own image to have an abundant life. He did not make us as robots to automatically love and obey Him, but gave us free will and freedom of choice.

We chose to disobey God and go our own willful way. We still make this choice today. This results in separation from God.

The BIBLE says:

” for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”       Romans 3:23 NIV

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”       Romans 6:23 NIV

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast.”       Ephesians 2:8-9 NIV

 

3: God’s Remedy – The Cross

Jesus Christ is the only answer to this problem. He died on the Cross and rose from the grave, paying the penalty for our sins and bridging the gap from God to man.

The BIBLE says:

” But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”       Romans 5:8 NIV

“For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit.”         1 Peter 3:18 NIV

 

4: Our Response – Receive Christ     

You cross the bridge into God’s family when by faith you receive Jesus Christ.

The BIBLE says:  

“Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God”       John 1:12 NIV

“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. “      Romans 10:9 NIV

 

Assurance as a Believer

“And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. ¹²Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.  ¹³ I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.”       1 John 5:11-13 NIV

 

Right Now….

Do you have 100% assurance in your heart that if you died today, you would be with Jesus in Heaven?  If God were to say to you ”Why should I let you into my Heaven?”  What would you say?  You can know the answer by inviting Jesus into your heart right now.

My Decision to Receive Christ as My Savior

Dear Jesus,

I know I am a sinner.

I believe you died on the cross for my sins.  Right now, I turn from my sins and open my heart and life toward you and accept you as my personal Savior.

Thank you Jesus for saving me.

What do I do now with my new life in Christ?

1: Get a Bible and read it daily.

2. Talk to God in prayer every day.

3. Tell others about Christ.

4. Become active in a church where Christ is preached.

5. Demonstrate your new life to those around you with Christ’s love and concern
